Due to the manufacturing process, when Azek is cut, the heat generated by the blade leaves a yellowish hue on the surface. We strongly recommend painting the product white or any other color of choice (this is also needed for warranty). The texture of the Azek Post Cap is also slightly different compared to standard Azek boards. This happens because Azek is cut at an angle which exposes the naturally rougher interior of the product.

How to choose the correct Cambridge Copper Top Azek post cap size:
Nantucket Post Caps are sized according to the actual physical measurement of your deck or fence post. All post caps are made 1/8" larger on the opening then the actual post size you specify. For example, if your 4x4 standard post truly measures 3-1/2" x 3-1/2", then you would choose that size and your cap would come with an inside measurement of 3-5/8" x 3-5/8".
